Orc JMR's answer says that you can get the Infernal Machine keys on the console version, and includes a link that goes into detail. Torment is a difficulty setting in Diablo III and IV. She's in the expansion content, which also raises the max level to 70. Level 60 Paragon 2 probably means you don't have the expansion, Reaper of Souls, which is why you can't find the Mystic. ![]()
